To be worthy of its name, up to 25 % of our Chocolate Mix consists of wonderfully light, melt-in-the-mouth aerated chocolate. To this we add nutty and spicy pecans and the popular roasted cashews, as well as sweet and sour cranberries and cherries. The perfect mix for people who only eat chocolate on days that end with a y!
Ingredients
Aerated milk chocolate coated in tapioca starch and gum arabic (25 %) (sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, sweet whey powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin; coating agent gum arabic, tapioca starch), cashews, pecans (15 %), sugar, cranberries (12 %), cherries (10 %), sunflower oil.
