One of the main parts in this fruit and nut mix is actually taken by a vegetable.... namely rhubarb, which is a vegetable plant botanically speaking! Despite this, its familiar and beloved sour note goes wonderfully with the other components, namely crunchy almonds and cashews, plus fruity cranberries and apricot pieces. Croq' Plaisir is rich in vitamin A and is a source of vitamin E.

Ingredients

Mix of 70 % dried fruits, partly sweetened and 30 % nuts Ingredients: fruit in varying proportions (cashews, almonds, cranberries, dried rhubarb), apricot pieces, sugar, rice flour, sunflower oil, antioxidant: sulphur dioxide. May contain traces of other edible seeds (e.g. nuts and stone fruits) and peanuts.
